This March Sesame will be exhibiting at Stand
B7 of the AAF – turn right as you enter the main marquee, and we
are on the first block of the side aisle. Among the work on show will
be pieces by Jon Braley, Jayne Jones, Britta Teckentrup, Robert Chandler,
Matthew Small and Emily Power amongst others.

Henrijs
Preiss has been selected as a finalist
to exhibit at the Royal College of Art in the Sense and Sensuality exhibition
organised by Blind
Art, which you may have seen featured recently on television and in the
press. Focusing on art that can be experienced through touch, the event
will be opened by Minister for the Arts Estelle Morris and runs from 2nd – 7th
March. Both of the works by Henrijs chosen for the exhibition can be seen
on the Blind Art website www.blindart.net and by following the two links
below:

Jon
Braley has recently had two works selected
to be included in the Glaxo Smith Kline corporate collection in the UK,
marking Jon’s first
appearance in a major corporate collection. For information on new and

Another Sesame discovery, Drew
Darcy, last month signed a publishing
agreement with Washington Green after the resounding success at the NEC
Spring Fair where his first three prints were shown. Having entered into
print, originals of Drew’s work are now very scarce on the ground,
but should you wish to be informed if any become available, please email
me. |
