This month Sesame will be exhibiting at
Stand 337 at the AAF Contemporary
Art Fair in New York.
This marks gallery’s first step
onto the international stage, and likewise
the first international exhibition for
many Sesame artists. As such it is a truly
exciting event.

Small At The Tricycle Gallery, Kilburn |

 Coinciding with Black History Month,
Matthew Small will be presenting a solo
exhibition at the Tricycle Gallery in Kilburn.
Following a recent visit to his father’s
native Barbados, the paintings in the show
are all of distant relatives, some known,
others discovered, all related to the artist.
With echoes of Alex Haley, Small traces
his roots back through his father to create
a form of self portrait as constituted
through his family. You are invited to the Private
